3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Memberships and Payments

Billing: Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Existing members will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

5. Class Registration and Refunds

Registration: Class spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is confirmed upon payment.

Refunds: Refunds for individual class purchases are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled class start time. No refunds are given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before class.

Class Cancellation by Us: If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our classes, including text, graphics, videos, tutorials, course materials, logos, and software, is the property of AI Learn Pros and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content for your own learning purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Record, redistribute, or resell class content or tutorials
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved from using our educational materials.
